Let us introduce ourselves. We’re Ed Currie and Andy Coxon, the founders of AKT. Before becoming obsessed with natural deodorant and transportive scents, we were actors. We met in rehearsals for a show on London’s West End — eight shows a week, dancing under hot lights in the same costumes every night. It was intensely physical, and mainstream deodorants just weren’t cutting it. So we decided to create one ourselves. After three years of researching and developing, our first product, The Deodorant Balm was like us, BORN TO PERFORM.
