Indie Lee's journey from passionate gardener to clean beauty pioneer began with a life-altering diagnosis in 2008. Faced with a life-threatening brain tumor believed to be environmentally derived, Indie experienced a profound awakening. After surviving surgery on Earth Day 2009, she embarked on a mission to create a line of clean, high-performance skincare products that nurture both skin and soul.
Partnering with world-class formulators, Indie Lee Skincare was born—a brand committed to plant- and people-first solutions. The line uses the earth's finest ingredients to create versatile, high-performing products that meet the highest standards of clean and cruelty-free beauty, as evidenced by COSMOS and Leaping Bunny certifications.
In June 2024, Indie faced another significant health challenge, undergoing a second brain surgery. This experience only strengthened her resolve to raise awareness about clean living, longevity, and autoimmune health.
Today, Indie Lee Skincare has grown from local farmer's markets to partnerships with major beauty retailers. Indie continues to work alongside leading chemists and formulators, bringing innovative clean products to market.
