How to Demo:
Always begin with clean and sanitized hands. Offer your Guest hand sanitizer as well. If necessary, gently remove a small patch of makeup from the mid-cheek down to the neck to ensure you have enough visible skin to shade match accurately.
Step 1 - Ask your Guest how they plan to use the Ectoin Multi-Use Concealer:
For spot concealing, choose a shade that matches their skin tone as closely as possible. If they wear a complexion product, match the concealer to their skin with that product already applied.
For an all-over skin tint, match their skin tone as closely as possible for seamless, even coverage.
For under-eye brightening, pair their closest match with a shade one step lighter.
Once their desired use is clear, determine their undertone and shade family. Select 1–2 shades that appear closest to their match.
Step 2 - Using a disposable lip applicator, dispense a small amount onto a clean mixing palette. Then, using the Conceal & Sculpt Brush, apply the selected shades to the appropriate areas based on their needs:
For spot concealing, test on blemishes or areas with discoloration, using the brush's precision tip to press and blend in thin layers. A good match will seamlessly disappear into the skin.
For an all-over skin tint, sweep the brush across the cheek and blend outward for smooth, buildable coverage that still looks like skin.
For under-eye brightening, apply the slightly lighter shade under one eye and their closest complexion match under the other. Let them decide which result they prefer, then even out both eyes using their chosen shade.
Step 3 - Have them compare the side with and without concealer. Mention that this formula is designed is designed to soothe and hydrate the skin and is 3rd party tested to be non-acnegenic and non-comedogenic, making it suitable for all skin types including sensitive and acne-prone. Encourage your Guest to apply the other side to build confidence.
How to Clean:
Clean regularly with a mild soap or brush cleanser, rinse thoroughly, reshape the bristles, and lay flat to dry; avoid alcohol-based cleaners or soaking the brush.
